A Bit About Therapy
Guiding You On the Path of Self-Healing
We all deserve to feel safe as we navigate the challenges of life. I pride myself on creating a space you can be heard and feel safe. While I work with any individual and family looking for a safe space to process and grow, I work closely with those within the LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning) community. I approach our work together with a joint approach in which we collaborate to work through and navigate to overcome and find the beauty in your life. Some things we can focus on include building healthy relationships, compassion for yourself and others, self-discovery, personal growth and overall empowerment. Through positive, solution focused, and realistic goals, we work together to address the obstacles in your life.
Life is full of obstacles and transitions, and sometimes we need a little help navigating them. Choosing to participate in therapy comes from a place of strength, and I am here to remind you of your own strength, love, resilience and community. As a therapist I pride myself of coming from a space of no judgment, understanding and teamwork. I love my work and my LGBTQI+ community, and am honored to be a part of your journey. I work with individuals, couples and adolescents (16+).
